Hi I'm Tan Jyh Vee, today im gonna talk about my dream car. It caught my attention when they mention about how their engine works. Mercedes-Benz research and development department has created an all new engine which helps consumer to enjoy both efficiency and raw power within a powerhouse car. Their all new Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG is not out till 2014. This SLK55 amg has a V8 engine, this V8 engine will cut down to a 4 cylinder car when the driver is not pushing the car which will improve the efficiency, But when it's within 30 milliseconds of the driver making an acceleration demand, this car will fire back to life to be a power house  car.

Traffic accidents are a major cause of death and injuries worldwide. The main reasons novice drivers crash are driving inexperience and exposure to high-risk situations. Such as not knowing or not adopting correct driving habits or over speeding. Therefore many car firms are now giving driving academy for free. Such as Mercedes-Benz and Ford. 

They are target at age of 17 and above with at least 1.5m tall. The purpose of the academy driving is to allow under age teens to experience in driving 12 months earlier than would be possible on public roads. Besides, this program delivers the key skill sets that will increase their knowledge, confidence and ultimately their safety.  

Their passionate is to help young drivers learn the rules of the road, better manage distraction behind the wheel and help make roads safer for all of us.

No individual can face day to day challenges of his/er business alone. For this purpose collaborative teams are formed. Teamwork is the most essential element contributing to the success of any organization.







Each member compliments the other members in a team. No one can achieve the goal himself. The dependency strengthens the bond among the team members. And helps them form an informal understanding even if they work in a formal environment. If the team gains success in the attainment of its required goal, a sense of pride, joy and achievement leads the members to emotional closeness too at times.

The Current Car Technology

When we talk about Car Technology, actually it is quite similar to the phone technology. The advancement of Car Technology is growing very fast like phone technology. The latest car technology includes the hybrid engine which is another alternative choice for consumer instead of pumping petrol.

Example of hybrid Engine

Auto Parking Assistance is also one of the recent technology integration into car. This function help the female drivers who are weak in side parking to park a car easily. But this function do have a disadvantage; users are not able to park their car when the function is not working. In my opinion, we can't rely on parking assistance function, because we can lose the ability to learn how to park a car by perception.
